Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Costing)

Position: Sales Coordinator – Costing
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / DME
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹26,000 per month
Location: Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare costing and quotations as per customer requirements
• Coordinate with sales, production, and purchase departments
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-up for quotations
• Prepare BOM, costing sheets, and commercial documents
• Maintain records of orders, quotations, and customer communication
• Support sales team in technical and commercial discussions
• Coordinate dispatch and order status updates with customers
• Use MS Excel and ERP software for costing and reporting

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of costing and quotation preparation
• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical components/drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Candidate:

• B.E. Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical Engineer (DME)
• 2–3 years experience in sales coordination or costing department
• Preferably from engineering/manufacturing industry
